These customized machine design to handle mix work load of medium large components including fragile & irregular shapes. Small components can also be cleaned by loading into carrier basket. Machine can handle load upto 5000 kg/hanger or more.
In these machine job is put on hangers suspended from overhead Y shape monorail. The hangers rotate in clock wise and anti clock wise direction in blasting chamber and get blasted in 360 degree.
Number of blast wheel and blasting chamber size depends on product size and the desired production. The hanger can be customized to carry load upto 4 tons per hanger.
