The barrel and screw of the extruder are fabricated using high quality nitride steel (en-41b). The inner surface of the screw and the barrel is highly finished to make it smooth and is hardened by gas/plasma nitride process. The die of these plants is manufactured using alloy steel and hardened or chrome plated steel. We offer these in various sizes, such as, 50, 65, 75, 90, 100, 125 and 150 mm.
