Part(A) 2ml Ampoule

Each ml. contains:

Ondansetron Hydrochloride I.P.

Eq. to Ondansetron 2mg

Water for Injection I.P.  q.s

Part(B) 2ml.Ampoule

Each ml. contains:

Ranitidine Hydrochloride I.P. 27.9 mg

Eq to Ranitidine 25mg.

Phenol(as preservative) I.P. 0.5%w/v

Water for injection I.P. Q.S.

Uses:

Ondansetron is indicated for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and for the prevention and treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting (PONV).
Ranitidine belongs to the class of medications called H2-antagonists. Ranitidine is used to reduce the amount of acid secreted by the stomach in order to reduce ulcer and heartburn pain or to assist in healing of ulcers. It is used to treat stomach and duodenal (intestinal) ulcers, and gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD)
