Vibrating grizzly feeder is basically screener cum feeder. It is used where not less than 100 mm feed material is to be take out of input raw material. It also act as a feeder.

It consists of frame which support the feeder medium, consist of two side plates, cross beams, bucket, bucket-up frame (s) and tension skirt boards.

The side plates to which support the vibrator unit is attached are of study construction and are adequately stiffened with longitudinal members.

The whole frame is supported on heavy duty coil spring which carry the entire weight of the machine and of the load carried by it and effectively insulate the supporting structure from vibration due to both the vibrator and impact of the load.
