We are engaged in offering a wide range of Vertical Band Sealers that is known for sealing of bags/film using two continuously running bands sandwiching bag/film lips to pass between 1, 2, or 3 pairs of heating jaws. Subsequently if the coader is fitted, pressure wheels consolidate the seal. The capabilities of the machine range from 100gms to 25kg-bag in weight supported on synchronously running conveyor belt. These horizontal and upright sealers are bench top or floor standing. For effective operation of teflon sealing bands, drive belts and conveyor belt, there is a motor attached with this.

On turning on the switch, the temperature controller begins heating the sealing blocks. As per the type and thickness of material being sealed, temperature setting and the speed setting depend on it. Before being dropped out the end seal, the bag passes through the sealing blocks, cooling blocks, and embossing wheel.

These are used for sealing plastic bags or thermoplastic material of any size and length. The thickness of the bag must be up to 20 mm and the maximum seal width is 15 mm. To accommodate material of various thickness, the conveyor belt can be raised or lowered and in some models, even tilted to the desired angle. The sealers are available with an imprinter, or ink coding system in order to record words, dates, and codes with each seal. The machines are available with a tool box with spare band, teflon, tools, and set of type. In some of the models, the sealers can interchanged easily from horizontal to vertical to free standing positions with optional conversion kit.
