The dewatering unit consists of double beam screed vibrator, power floater cum trowel, vacuum pump and groove cutting machine.
When dewatering system is used in the making of a slab, it helps to:
Reduce the water to cement ratio
Increases the tensile strength of the floor
Abrasion resistance is higher with the use of VDS
The initial strengtth gain is faster with the use of vacuum dewatering system.
