Steel Tubes (4mm & 6mm)
Thickness, of app. 4mm. 6mm OD. Steel tubes used for primary lines (mainline) and 4mm OD. Steel tubes used for secondary line. Maximum permissible pressure for these tubes is more than 200Kg/cm2.
Nylon Tubes (4mm & 6mm)
These tubes are semitransparent and used for moving lub. points. These are also used as primary and secondary lines. It has maximum permissible pressure of 60Kg/cm2.
Mechanical Protection & P.U. Pipes
These protection are made of spring steel wire and basically used on nylon or P. U. tubes for its long life and protection from the Hot chips etc. P. U. Tubes are made of poly urethane material & more flexible than nylon tubes and maximum heat resistance. Maximum permissible pressure for this tube is 20-22Kg/cm2.
