•    Turn time depends on the Lender
•    ATPL has the trained capacity of ordering 5,000 payoffs a month
•    An in- house database of all the lenders developed with their contact details, ETA and also their requirements whether they need a fax request or Borrower’s Authorization letter
•    Database regularly updated if any change in the Lender’s contact details or requirement encountered
