We provide a wide range of Industrial Tippers Body that provides ease for manual loading by labourers. Our range of products has strong sides and helps the bulk material to slide down its sides with ease. The tipper also has a shallower angle during unloading that helps in eliminating the risk of dents and floor when carrying rocks or boulders. Our range of Tipper does not let any material to collect at the corners and the bulk material automatically slides to the center of the half pipe. This also improved the Tipper stability while unloading the material. In addition, the top edges on the body are shaped to a pointed roof for effective self cleaning and also avoid dirt building. The body of the Tipper is made using 5 mm thick wear resistant steel sheets that provide elasticity. Our company has a production capacity of 100 Tippers per month. In addition, we have developed complete jigs and fixtures for the mass production of Tipper bodies and cabins. Our company is also equipped with a press shop that can easily handle various intricacies of Tipper body building. Using latest methodologies we are able to develop 3-wheeled garbage tippers lo standard 4x2, & 6x4. We provide Tippers from 2.25 cu.m. to 20 cu.m. These can be operated by power-pack or by power-take-off unit. Tipping units can be fitted in under body or front end, as per the requirement of the customer.
