Application: The machine is used for making syrup from crystal sugar. The inverted sugar syrup is added at the time of mixing dough to improve the colour and quality of biscuits.Design: A drum type mixing chamber with a lid on top is made out of S.S.-304 with three legs made of M.S. Pipe. A stirrer made of S.S. (directly coupled with vertically mounted motor) is fitted on top. At the bottom a hand valve is fitted for discharging syrup, whenever required. Two electrical elements are also fitted at the bottom of mixing chamber with thermostatic control air during mixing.Capacity: 100 Kg. per batch.Feeding:Contact part PARTS: S.S.-304. Power Load: 1 HP for stirrer 10 KW for elements, with built-in control panel.
