AKWA is a greenish yellow coloured synthetic cutting oil which goes into perfect solution with water. It forms a transparent mixture with soft water.

It does not generate unpleasant odour and gumming effect upon standing idle in the machine. It does not cause any irritation on the skin of the worker. Akwa when diluted with water forms a chemical mixture which does not separate. The mixture is not affected by the centrifugal action of a circulating system. The last drop is as good as the first. Akwa cuts down the cost, increases production by increasing tool life. This is possible owing to the fact that AKWA may be diluted with water to a far greater extent than any of the ordinary soluble cutting oils.

Use:

1)For machining and grinding of ferrous metals

2)For cutting and threading of crank shafts

3)For grinding high carbon steel, manganere steel.

4)For cutting nickel alloy.

5)For cooling and rust prevention in car radiator.
