These furnaces are ideal for heat treatment like stress relieving, post welding, annealing, hardening, normalizing, tempering, homogenizing and quenching of various cast, forged, or fabricated components, parts or pressure vessels in different weights and sizes. Lined with refractory bricks, ceramic fiber blankets or modules, these furnaces are available in electric heating, oil/gas or dual firing system.

For post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), we have successfully fabricated an extra-large 9 m high x 9 m wide x 32 m long heat treatment furnace. It is a perfect option for treating all types of vessels in one piece, thus solving the problems of treating the vessel as several pieces.

As per the type of steel, normalizing and tempering heat treatment is performed after welding or hot forming to improve strength and toughness

Even Pre-heating for welding on various material such as pipe work, high pressure parts, test pieces, can be carried out

Equipped with PID, PLC for an automatic programmer which are intern connected to profile control software & continuous chart recorders control
