Our Unitanks simultaneously reduces the time, and allows very precise control over the entire fermentation process. Our Unitanks are manufactured using chromium-nickel stainless steel with polished interior surfaces with insulated exterior. These are equipped with a cooling duplicator divided into several zones with independent controls.
