As per IS Specification, it shall be made of 1 mm mild steel sheet and shall not be less then 75 mm long. Minimum 8 gussets, 4 on each face , shall be fitted. Gussets on two sides may also be provided, to give greater rigidity and prevent the rack from becoming out of square.
