We offer effective installation services for Laminated Wood Floors. For our cents, we have varied options to meet the exact demands of cents. We follow latest methods for installation of these floors. Optimum quaty material that we use in the process enables us to offer long lasting Laminated Wood Floors.
Some detailed information about these are mentioned below:
Essentially all laminate floors are composed of three layers: The Surface Wear Layer, The Core and Backing Core
The surface is typically made of an extremely tough-wearing
Aluminum Oxide on a Décor Paper adhered to the clear surface
The core board or "carrier board" is made up of High-Density Fieboard(HDF) and other material to ensure moisture resistance
Laminate cores are a high-density wood particle core, which is better at absorbing glue at the joints than HDF
The backing board can be varied as per the appcation demands and can include a paper layer to a full plastic laminate layer
Laminates featuring a plastic of melamine backing are more s and are resistant to water damages as compared to paper backings
The process is mentioned below:
The layers are fused together by heat and pressure by one of two processes, direct-pressure construction or high-pressure construction.
A direct-pressure laminate, or DPL, is assembled at once, then heated and pressed to form a bond.
High-pressure laminate, or HPL, is assembled by treating the top and bottom layers separately and then fusing them to the core layer under extreme pressure.
HPL is a newer process of creating laminate and is often found in more expensive, premium ands.
