Sound Insulated Booth

Additional Details

Our sound insulated booths are specially designed for its unique performance & look. Its construction method is also very unique so that it becomes detachable and instead of that no nut bolts are seen from outside as well as inside. All the features are as below.

Booth construction:

• Outer Panels: These panels are made by 1 mm, 1.2 mm &1.6 mm GI sheets, depend upon the requirement of the client. The formation of panel is made by CNC sharing & bending machine.
• Insulating Material: We generally use Rockwool as insulation. For the better sound reduction effect we use high density Rockwool i.e. 96 Kg/m3 and the normal sound reduction we use medium Density Rockwool i.e. 62 Kg/m3
• Inner Panels: These panels are made by 0.8 mm & 1 mm Thk GI perforated sheets, depend upon the requirement of the client. The formation of panel is made by CNC sharing & bending machine.
• Columns & Beams: These are made by 4 mm Thk MS Sheet which cut by Laser Cut Machine & Bend by CNC bending machine. These are specially designed 5 fold section for strong & steady construction.

Sound Reduction:

By using high density Rockwool & 75mm wall thickness we can achieve the required noise level. Normally we maintain it up to 70db at outside the booth i.e. normally sound level can be reduced up to 50%.  And for normal sound reduction we use medium density Rockwool & 50mm wall thickness.

3) Electrical Interference:

For easy operation we use to provide better type of electrical interferences with main test bench, it means only one operator can operate all activities of Rollers Tester Machine as well as Sound Insulated Booth.

Mainly it comes two types (Automatic & manual) 
i) Total Automatic: These type of electrical interferences are normally PLC type & some costly, but saves human efforts & time. In this type  once we feed the program to main control panel then all the operations will operate automatically. i.e. Once we set the cycle time of vehicle checking, Vehicle Entry & Exit Doors operations, Ventilation & Exhaust Fans operations will operated automatically.
Manual Electrical Interferences: In these types of interferences our main electric control panel is also connected with the main electric control panel of Roller Tester Machine, but here operator have to operate all the activities manually.  It is low by cost.

Vehicle Entry & Exit Doors:

Here we can provide many options in front of our client.  These doors are having visible area so that any one can see through.

• Fully Motorized Hi-Speed Rolling Shutters: In this type we would like to suggest the imported shutters with max speed of 3mtrs / sec. it is made by high quality aluminum sections stuffed with insulating material and have a visible area.  It can reduce the noise level by 24 to 25 db. (These type of shutters are easy to install and maintenance free)
• Fully Motorized Hi-Speed Roll-Up Shutters: In this type we would like to suggest the imported shutters with max speed of 3mtrs / sec. it is made by Transilion curtain.  Recently we have installed these doors at VOLKSWAGEN INDIA PVT. LTD. Chakan, Pune. (These type of shutters are easy to install and maintenance free)
• These doors are having in-built safety features like infra red sensors and touch sensors. These are tested doors comes with guarantee.
• Powered Sliding Doors: In these type the doors normally comes in metal panels stuffed with insulating material. These are slow speed doors. Heavy in weight and maintenance, but lower in cost. Size of doors & thickness of door is depend upon the client’s requirement. (These doors are not having In-Built safety features)
