The Evacuated Tube Collector (ETC) based solar water heaters offered by us are known for delivering far better performance as compared with the flat plate solar water heaters. Each evacuated tube of these heaters comprises two Borosilicate glass tubes with the outer tube being transparent to allow the light rays to pass through without much reflection. The sputtering technique is applied in the coating of the inner tube with selective (AL-N/AL) that enables it to trap maximum solar radiation. The air in the space between the two glass tubes is withdrawn and a vacuum is formed to eliminate the chances of conductive and convective heat loss. Our heaters encompass solar collectors, absorb the energy from infrared rays and provide excellent heating results even on cloudy days. The return on investment of these heaters is 3-5 years depending upon the site of installation, utilization pattern and fuel replaced. The small tanks are fabricated using stainless steel material on the other hand, large tanks are fabricated using mild steel with anti-corrosive inner lining. These heaters have an average service life of about 15-20 years. Our heaters are environmental friendly device as a heater with 100 litres capacity can prevent emission of 1.5 tonnes of carbon dioxide annually, thereby curbing pollution.
