These products also involves LLDPE vessel, which is filed with a bed of softening media supported on a bed of caution resin. Furthermore, we present the vessel with frontal piping, top mounting and valves to control the operation of the unit.Based on Ion exchange process, these softening plants are compact and self contain system comprising of one mild steel/FRP pressure vessel and frontal piping with strong acid caution exchange resins in sodium form. The resins present in these softeners reduce dissolved ions like calcium and magnesium from water leading to soft water. In addition to this, we also provide the requisite salt preparation tank with injection systems with the system.
DM Plant:
Our range of DM plant products involves SS316, mild steel rubber lined, FRP, vessel filed with a bed of DM media, which is supported on a bed of caution resin & anion resin. Moreover, the vessel is provided with frontal piping along with top mounting and valves to control the operation of the unit. Demineralization by Ion exchange technology is amongst the most conventional and widely used water purification method in industrial sectors. DM is preferably used to reduce the total conductivity in water, making it fit for use in process industries and other applications.
