The Z-Glass Sintered disc is manufactured by crushing borosilicate glass, powdering, cleaning, separating into various mesh sizes and then fusing together in the form of a disc. The sintered disc is graded into 7grade i.e. G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5.
We are manufacturer of sintered disc of different diamater from 10mm to 200mm of different porsosity i.e G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 or G5
We also make Small size, O.D. 6.5 mm. (tolerance ±0.1 mm.) thickness 2.2 mm. to 2.5 mm of different porosity and
also make with hole in centre, thickness 3.5 mm. to 8 mm., centre I.D. 4, 5, 6 mm. or above, O.D. upto 100 mm. Porosity G-1, G-2, G-3 & G-4.
