Our company offer a wide range of Shell Dies which is made through shell core shooters using resin-coated sand. The Die which is also known as core box is heated upto 200'C ranging from 400'C, according to the size of the die. After this, by air pressure the resin-coated sand is introduced into the die and the sand gets heated up, after it has taken the shape of core cavities. Some time is required in the process of core baking. The core is ejected from the die after this procedure and the shell core is prepared.
