Raising Machine :
Gear type : For heavy raising but slow speed ( Approx. 8-10Mt/Min.)
Inverter Raising : For high speed raising (upto 32 ˜ 35 Mt / Min.). It can run at very slow speed to high speed.
Brushing Machine :
After raising, the fibers are intermingle and should be straightened otherwise the next step of process shearing will not be proper.
Shearing Machine :
The straightened fibers are cut by using shearing machine. It gives a very soft feel to the fabric.
The application of shearing machine is for shearing of velor fabric, embroidery fabric etc. It enhances the feel and value of the fabric
