This product is cost effective due to its extended sump life and low maintenance costs. Semi synthetic cutting oil is suitable for all moderate machining and grinding operations of all ferrous and its alloy metals.

Formulated with extreme pressure additives, corrosion inhibitor package and biocides, It is designed to give good sump life with better tool life.

Features:

    All in one CNC cutting work like ferrous, aluminum, brass, copper, S.S, M.S.
    Always add oil to water and never the other way.
    Usage of low hardness (<100 PPM), Low chlorides (<30 PPM) water.
    Never add product directly to the sump. Add in the emulsion form.
    Always clean the sump throughly before a fresh charge.
