Mining resources which are extracted after the open cast mining and quarries must undergo size reduction before being transported by conveyor systems for further treatment. Semi Mobile Crushing Plant offered by us reduce the size of these resources to facilitate easy transportation by the conveyor belts. Some of the common feed material in the plant is coal, limestone, gypsum, ore, chalk and similar minerals.

Mode of Operation:

The feed material is delivered through a ramp which is ideal for truck loading and is then dumped into a feed hopper. An apron feeder running at the bottom of the hopper or a chain conveyor is used for conveying the feed materials at a controlled rate to the crushing system. Once the crushing is done, the material is deposited on a feed conveyor below the crusher and transported to a downstream conveyor belt system for further treatment. Semi Mobile Crushing Plants consist of movable modules which allow it to be shifted to follow exploration at the mine site.
