These screw compressors are extensively installed in thermo storage, water-cooled and air-cooled chillers, flooded-type chillers, heat pump appcations and marine appcations. We make use of carrier screw compressors, bitzer screw compressors and frascold screw compressors. Appcations: Sui for low temperature and medium temperature appcation Refrigeration and air-conditioning appcation Thermal-storage and Heat Pump Appcation Features: The latest 5 to 6 patented screw rotor profile with excellent efficiency Compatible with different refrigerant r22, r134a, r407c, r404a and r507c Coong capacity ranges from 25 usrt ~ 500 usrt, 50/60 hz Step control and step less capacity control system Low viation and low noise Robust and simpfied structure, low failure rate and high reabity Designed to withstand quid compression for a short period of time Utized the combination of axial and radial bearing design for axial and radial load, plus alpha balance piston which dramatically extend the bearing fe by 2. 5 to 3. 5 times then normal Equipped with ptc sensor and shorten the reaction time by 1/6 of the original reaction time Ip-54 level compressor (water-proof and anti-dust) Oil cooler circuit design appcation Additional p pressure differential port, equipped with oil level switch and oil drain valve in order to protect the compressor effectively Use of non-asbestos gaskets and solenoid valve gasket Equipped with additional accessories for customer's different appcation Overall range of volume ratio (vi) for different working condition to avoid Over or under compression High Efficiency Motor: Available for part winding start or star delta start Custom-made for specified voltage and power frequency Two options a & b, according to operating conditions and type of refrigerant Optimum design of slot inside motor casing Patented motor coong design in ducts of refrigerant flow encompassing stator that provides the best dissipation of heat Sding fit stator for easier installation and removal Economizer Operation with Floating Eco Port: Enhance coong capacity as well as energy efficiency Sustain optimum medium pressure by vapor injection through specially designed slots in sde valve and compressor casing Effective under partial and full load Position of medium pressure will vary with injection port in sde valve
