The Forsberg Agritech Screen Separators ensures acurate size gradation of all types of granular materials to three to four size fractions. This machine removes oversize impurities and fine impurities and separates hulls and husk from dehulled and dehusked material. Screen Separators are positive eccentric, high speed vibrating separators that ensure accurate, high capacity, high quality size separations.The Forsberg Agritech range of Screen Separators incorporate screens that enable more even distribution of the raw material as against many others manufacturers. This means better cleaning and grading because of uniform distribution of raw material.Our machinery is manufactured to Forsberg® technology and specifications and thus has advantages of 70 years of world leading technology from Forsberg Inc, U.S.A. Moreover, we are one of the few manufacturers in the country who can give you Screen Separators up to the capacity of 40TPH.Our machinery is of all steel fabrication and is therefore strong, sturdy and durable giving more than 10 years of trouble free service. All machines are provided with bearings on the drive assemblies to give smooth, vibration free running and therefore breakdown free operations. Additionally, all machines have an all cleaning mechanism for the prevention of screen blinding/choking. Therefore our machines have self and automatic cleaning design. This maximizes screening efficiency and reduces down time for screen cleaning as required in other machines.The Screen Separator has counter balanced drive system that reduces power consumption up to 60% of connected load. All machines can be fitted with dust collection systems as accessories to provide dust and pollution free work area for healthy and clean environment.

Options with Aspiration Systems :

    When used with the Pre or Post Aspiration System, the Screen Separator gives excellent separation of light and air borne impurities.
    The Screen Separator can be attached to the Forsberg Agritech designed 3 stage waterfall Pre-Aspiration Chamber for higher efficiency pre-cleaning functions.
    For separation of hulls and semi-light materials, the Screen Separator can be linked to the Forsberg Agritech designed Post Aspiration Chamber.
    Lower screen aspiration is used when the finished product is to be the plus of the lower screen. This product is then discharged through the aspiration which removes any dust or other light contaminants that may be present.
    Where very dusty and variable material is being screened, the Pre & Post Aspiration System can be attached for complete cleaning.
