We manufacture induced draft FRP cooling towers, available in round bottle type - VE series, is designed as per the specific requirements of our clients. Our system is used for recycling of water to save energy and reduce the excess amount water consumption. These FRP cooling towers are designed to improve the efficiency of the  process resulting in low production cost and operation. Our cooling towers are identified as an important part of the process and not as an isolated unit. We offer our product range various specifications such as:

Design Specifications:

Casing:

Our tower casing is made up of light weighted, non-corrosive and durable FRP material. These are provided with an extra marginal safety during the time of high wind velocities and vibrations with the help of an adequate structural strength and the resilient nature of FRP.

Fills:

We construct our standard fill with the help of a honeycombed PVC film which ensures even distribution of water. It provides high efficiency of water to air heat transfer so that the fill can withstand a maximum inlet water temperature of 55O C.

Drift Eliminator:

Our drift eliminator is a PVC fixed type which ensures the carrying of water over losses by not exceeding 0.05% of the circulating flow of water.

Water Distribution System:

We offer static water distribution systems which are made up of GI/PVC pipes available with multiple branch arms and HDPE spray nozzles. These are used for low pressure drops and a uniform distribution of water to fill the area. We are also engaged in supplying rotary sprinkler as per the specific requirements of our clients.

Basin:

We offer completely leak proof basin made up of FRP which prevents seepage of water and spillage. This is made up of a deep sump which ensures maximum water level at all times.

Fan:

Our fans which are directly driven from the axial flow are designed specifically to be used for cooling water tower. These are made up of hub and cast an aluminum blade which provides a larger volume of stable air at low pressure helping in maintaining lower noise levels.

Electric Motor:

Our specially designed electric motors are the totally enclosed and vertical flange mounted motors. These are available with an extended threaded shaft and a sealed top which is supplied with the cooling tower. Our motor is weather proof at ip-55 degree of protection which is entirely suitable for hot and humid atmospheres.

We offer all the supporting structures made up of hot dipped galvanized steel.
