Leveraging on our robust manufacturing facilities, we are manufacturing a quality assured range of rotopactors. These rotopactor discs are specially designed for manufacturing of the sand from grit with efficient results.

The operation of these rotopactors is mentioned below:

    Rotating Disc throws the stone particles that collide with annular rings
    The angular rings break and rebound in upward direction
    Complete screen of stone particles falls down
    Rotor throws the new particles against these screens to the stones into finer particles
    Stone on stone collision result in final particles of cubical shape and rounded edges
    Centrifugal force at a particular angle ejects the stone particles from the rotor, strikes with the annular ring (anvil ring) and diverts in circular path
    The kinetic energy of the particles makes it move in a designated path
    Next particles collide on these particles that break into small pieces that roll around while moving in a circular path
    The residual kinetic energy is used for giving good surface texture of the particle like rounding edges and smoother surface
