These Rotary Rack Oven have large steel heat exchangers to ensure lower fuel consumption and complete indirect heating. The other vital parts of our ovens comprise turn-table, SS body and well constructed baking chambers. These are provided with a pull SS door with heat reflecting glass and unique door gasket for complete sealing. The well designed ovens have excellent air distribution system for superior baking. To ensure optimum temperature, there is an electronic controller for precisely controlling the temperature.
