Matured Dough ( Lumps/pellets ) are fed into the Hopper for Conversion into individual biscuits with the help of forcing roller and the Designed Die Roller with cavity embedded. Rubber pressure roller releases out biscuits from the cavities by tangential force on to a conveyor which leads biscuits on to the oven for Baking. No recycle dough is produced in this process. Control Panel ( PLC / VFD ) is Provided.
