Applicable for Hard & Femented Dough Biscuits Thick Laminated Multi-layer Sheets are calendared to thin sheet suitable for rotary cutting by the Die Roller with Designed Cup having sharp cutting edge. Three Gauge Roller set up ( chilled cast ) in tandem produce thin sheet. The individual biscuit after cutout by the Rotary Cutting Die are guided on to the oven band & into the oven for baking. Sheeted Dough after cutout is guided back into Laminator Machine hopper by return conveyor for recycle & reuse. Control Panel with PLC / Master Controller & Drives with VFD are provided.
