We manufacture a wide range of Rotary Bottle Washing Machines which caters to the requirements of GMP for washing glass and plastic bottles. These are known for their various features such as compact designs, high efficiency and elegant look. Our highly functional range of machines is operated on the Rotary principle with the help of GENEVA mechanism. These machines are loaded manually and in accordance with the Geneva and FDA norm.


Each bottle is loaded on a rotating platform for the cleaning in series of operations. These bottles are then well adjusted in the bottle holders which are particularly designed for the accommodation of bottles having different bottle diameters and neck diameters. The bottles are then positioned inversely in the cup shaped holders. External cleaning of these bottles is done with the help of spraying showers. We provide solenoid valves which helps to regulate the wash timings and the sequence of different washing media as per the specific requirements of our clients.
