Repair & Restoration of Water Cooled Power Cables
Since these cables undergo stress & work in stringent conditions, they do require reconditioning & repair, when it is due. We at BBE provide this service, regardless of any make of your cables. When the cables are received, all the bumpers & outer hose is removed. The copper wire conductors are thoroughly checked. All restrictions such as mineral deposits which block the water passage are removed. New hose is rolled on the cable & then the bumpers are clamped. If the contact surfaces are deteriorated, then the terminals are machined, cleaned & then tin/silver plated. New core & spring are soldered to the terminals. Since, we at BBE are well aware with the fact that no one in this industry affords downtime, & hence we believe in quick service.
