The setup consists of a Two - Stage Reciprocating Air Compressor of ELGI Make with Intercooler and After cooler. A Motor of same make is coupled to the compressor. A separate air box with orifice assembly is provided for regularizing and measuring the flow rate of air. The pressure difference is measured by means of an ACRYLIC Manometer. Pressures at various positions are measured by an Analog Pressure indicators. The Motor Speed and the power consumed by the motor at various load conditions are determined by Digital RPM Indicator and Energy meter respectively. Thermocouples are placed at appropriate positions which carry the signals to the temperature indicator. A Digital temperature indicator with channel selector is provided to measure the temperature. The whole arrangement is mounted on an Aesthetically designed self sustained sturdy frame with NOVAPAN board control panel. The control panel houses all the indicators, accessories and necessary instrumentations.
