Our Railway Signaling compounds are manufactured in accordance with ASTM standard. The technical & operating specification like:
Maximum conductor temperature at 80°c.
Properties tested on molded sheets at 23°c. 1°c.
Recommended processing temperature are 150°c. to 190°c, however the processing temperature can be adjusted as per requirement of individual operations.
For smooth processing and better results, it is recommended to pre- heat the material before use.
The material should be kept in cool dry place.
