It is equipped with firing chamber that is completely insulated with mineral wool that helps in conservation of heat. It has automatic burner and imported temperature controller. It offers uniform heat circulation. Oven body is constructed with mild steel structure which is mounted on an angle frame and all the side walls of our oven are covered with mild steel or stainless steel sheets.These shelf ovens come in racks ranging from ten to fourteen in number. These shelved ovens are ideal for making loaves, sponge cakes, biscuits, dry rusks and buns.
