Quanto Diab contains low molecular weight fibres – galactomannan which is derived from fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) bioactive and is known to improve glycemic control and decrease insulin resistance. These fibers in Quanto Diab dissolve in water and form a gummy gel to trap carbohydrates, thus slowing down absorption considerably while moving through the digestive tract. Consequently, sugar absorbed into the bloodstream is significantly slow, blunting the sharp spike in blood glucose typically experienced by diabetic patients after a meal.
