The PVC rod cutting machine is a general purpose machine for cutting PVC rods to very thin to very thick discs which are then processed to make floats for fishing nets. This machine gives a very high production of 25 pieces / minutes. The size of the rods can reach 75 mm in diameter. The thickness can be adjusted by 1 mm to any size. The size of the rod can reach 1000 mm or according to the customer's specifications. The rods are powered automatically. This machine is fully automatic and does not require an operator except for loading the rods into the feed guide. Machines can be designed and manufactured to customer specifications.
