Our product, MCCB Distribution board incorporates Sandwiched Busbar design, where the RYB bars are coated with PVC for best insulation results. We have installed a PVC Busbar coating plant at our Works to cater to such needs.
We offer this process for other companies and undertake job work for such coating processes.
We can achieve upto 0.25mm thickness of PVC coating on each side of the bar/ plate. An overall thickness of 0.50mm can be achieved using this process
