The compressed air is passed through a PSA Twin Tower module interconnected with automatic switching valves. At the bottom of the PSA towers, activated alumina is provided which tends to adsorb moisture from the compressed air. After passing through this bed of Activated Alumina, the air is dried. The dry compressed air supply of this desiccant layer (activated alumina) will be continuous without interruption. The dried compressed air will now come into contact with the carbon molecular sieve bed (CMS). Carbon molecular sieves are of special quality adsorbent which have the property of preferential adsorption of oxygen molecules. At one time, a tower remains under nitrogen production cycle, while the other tower undergoes regeneration which is obtained by depressurizing the tower at atmospheric pressure. The two turns of the PSA modules are interconnected with automatic switching valves by the pneumatic signal given by the solenoid valve which in turn obtains the electric signal from the timer provided in the control panel. The switching cycle will be 1 + 1 minute. The exiting nitrogen gas is fed to an overpressure tank where the minimum nitrogen pressure will be maintained with the aid of the back pressure regulator. The nitrogen of the product will now be sent to the point of consumption through a pressure reducing valve at the required pressure.
Established in the year 2007, we, Air-N-Gas Process Technologies, are manufacturers, suppliers, traders and exporters of a wide range of PSA Nitrogen Generators, PSA Oxygen Generators, PSA Nitrogen Plants and Ammonia Cracking Units.
