Wheel Head- Its production and testing passes through rigorous inspection at manufacturing stages to ensure smooth and trouble free running and sensitivity essential for extraordinary finish.
Hydraulic System- Our high precision surface grinders are fitted with Compact Hydraulic Power Pack (dust proof ). It comes with exclusively designed control Unit incorporated within the body of the machine. The required pressure-oil drains through a fine filter, before entering the Tank.
Micro Feed System- The vertical Central Head-Wheel dial is graduated in 0.001 mm and has a floating "Zero" setting for convenience of the operator. The 1 Micro-feed Movement Knob allows 0.002 mm increment in Hand Feed.
