Frame: frame is most rigid constructions and is cast high-quality seasoned for a sufficient period. The steel frames are made from steel plates tested with suitable transverse ribs.
Crank: The crank shaft which is the main part of the press is made of alloy steel with a large bearing surface duly provided with bronze / bronze nozzles.
Ram: Ram is made from high-quality cast iron machined correctly and is hand-laid for perfect alignment. Bearing Wrench: The bearing wrench being the important part of the machine is of special alloy steel and is rigid and well supported to give continuous running for mass production.
Fly Wheel: Made from high-quality parts and is properly dimensioned to generate adequate energy.
Gears: Made from high quality / manufactured cast iron. The teeth of the gear are generated by the cap.
Lubrication: The necessary parts are lubricated by oil cups. Lubrication pump can be provided at an additional cost.
