AX 6000 is a battery operated portable milliohm meter. This instrument is used to measure the bonding resistance of the joints in aircrafts, army vehicles, missiles, rockets etc. It is based on a 4 wire measurement method. The unit has a capability to memorise 2000 test values. It is housed in a case with IP 54 protection.
ATEQ was incorporated in 1975 in France. After becoming the first supplier of this kind of equipments in the French industry, subsidiaries were set up in Europe. ATEQ was nominated in 1994 and 1997 by the Chamber of Commerce and was awarded the "Mercure" prize for its export performance in 1991.
