Plate Freezer: Designed to act as a fast freezing device for meat blocks, meat minces and other products with high heat transfer rate achieved due to close contact of the materials between the Freezing Plates. Temperature down to – 40ºc in each plate is obtained in about 15 to 40 minutes time. state of the art mechanical/hydraulic press system has been incorporated for movement of plate space bar for adjustment of height between the plates, depending on different freezing trays of varying heights.
