All our plastic moulding steel grades are produced with special chemical composition and the production process at the mill allows the steel to maintain good mechanical properties for small, medium and large moulds. all the higher end grades give good polishing and photo engraving results. the sophisticated heat treatment process adopted by the mill assures uniform hardness through out the thickness helping in excellent machinable qualities .We have different grades to meet specific requirement of tool makers. other than the basic P20 grade.
