IMO resource skills -

The IMO Design team handles all aspects of a new project or a debottlenecking operation together with the agreed cost reporting in tandem with Client requirements. 

The IMO Projects team controls all phases of the project to deliver as per defined schedules. 

The IMO Supply mechanism works on a ‘named’ supplier/fixed price basis in consultation with Client and project specific requirements.  

The IMO Erection team executes a clearly laid out detailed plan and ensures meticulous operations. 

 The Commissioning team works in tandem with the Client representatives to handover after a series of checks and validations.  

IMO has a bank of skilled work force and executive man power that its client can access. IMO positions Plant Manager, shift supervisors and even shift operators, on client request.A single source for all processing requirements, we provide, adds to the convenience of our clients.
