IMO will provide planning for the plant at any point starting from the conceptual design, through planning the time schedule using CPM techniques or Clients preferred planning methods.

IMO will evaluate the plant and plan a manning schedule and shift operations together with the necessary resource and consumable schedules needed to build and operate the plant.

IMO will write and/or review Operating and Maintenance manuals. These manuals can often fail to cover safety and operational practicability concerns. It is important to get such faults corrected before the plant startup.
