Pit-type-temper-electric-resistance-furnace- Moder RJ2 series pit type tempering electric resistance furnace maimly consist of furnace linging, furnace cover, wort basket, agitator, elevting machine and heat elements. Furnace lining are bricked with diwersifiedrefractory material; Between furnace shell and furnace lining, filled with insul ating material; Work basket is welded with suainess steel to load parts which will be heated. A gitator fan could promote hot air circulating to ensure good temperature uriformity; The elevate of furnace door have two type; 25kW and 35KW are equipped with a leverage mechanism; 55KW and 75KW are equipped with a hydraulic mechanism. The heating elements of screw type which is made of high resistance alloy wire are mounted on the supporting bricks. There are limit switch beside the lifting shaft. This unit is connected with lifting shaft. When the lifting shaft rise to make the furnace cover open, cut down the power supple of the furnace automtically to ensure the operators form danger. There are thermocouple hole on the furnace shell, the furnace temperature can be controlled by thermocouple.
