Before the powder coating process can be performed it is necessary that the product is treated for the Phosphating Process. Firstly, the product's surface is sprayed with an electro-statically charged phosphating powder which adheres to treated surface of the parts. This process helps in fusing of the powder coating and resulting in a high quality finish.
