We provide performance & quality testing machines. These performance & quality testing machines have been quality products of the company since inception. Various ATEs have been designed for different customers for various components testing, online testing, fatigue testing, quality lab testing etc.

Some of the Performance & Endurance Test benches developed are listed below :

     H V Stator Test BenchHV Stator Testbench is an on-line testing machine developed to test stator coils used to engage clutches in automobile AC compressors.
    Main Features of the machine are :
    Fully PC based system, with NI Data acquisition cards & LabVIEW software.
    Conducts 3 standard tests to check the quality of coil.
    Continuity & coil resistance test , checks the current drawn by coil with set limits.
    Insulation resistance test @ 600V AC - 1000V AC to check insulation quality of coil.
    High voltage layer short test @ 1500 V DC to check for any internal layers short or turns present in coil, by comparing aquired ringing waveform developed from coil under test with the master coil.
    'OK' & 'NG' output after performing all tests and auto stamping on coil.
    Data logging for every coil tested during each shift for analysis point of view.
      Wiper Motor Test BenchElectrical Test Bench for quality testing of Automobile Wiper Motors
    Main Features:
    Two stations for simultaneous testing of motor current & wiper arm position.
    Tests are conducted for different model desiring different delivery position.
    Checks current drawn with settable limits and gives 'G' & 'NG' output on completion of test.
      Motor Test BenchTesting equipment for motors used in blowers of automobiles.
    Main Features of the Test Bench :
    Measurement of Motor current & waveform at NO LOAD.
    Measurement of current, RPM, direction of rotation at specified load as per different models.
    Insulation Resistance test at 600 Volts AC.
    Test parameters / input conditions programmable.
    Hysteresis / powder brakes for motor loading.
    PLC controlled operation, Oscilloscope for displaying measurements.
    'G' & 'NG' output after completion of test.
      Blower Test BenchBlower Test Bench is used for on-line quality testing of automobile AC Blowers .
    Main Features of the test bench :
    Checks the presence of one,two or three resistances (as per models).
    Checks continuity of relays present in the blower.
    Checks the current drawn by the blower motor at various speeds for setttable time limit.
    Printing option available after completion of the test.
    PLC & Touch panel HMI for control, monitoring and editing / setting of different model test parameters.
    'G' & 'NG' output after completion of test.
