we make 3 types of overhead conveyors namely 3 wheel overhead conveyor, 4 wheel super conveyor and i beam conveyor used for painting/powder coating application and assembling of auto products.
3 wheel overhead conveyors are used in light applications where load per hanger is around 25 kgs. There are 3 nos 48mm dia rollers attached to each other through axles and trolley plate.
4 wheel overhead conveyors are medium duty and are suitable for 50kg hanger weight. There are 4 wheels attached through cruciforms.
Load brackets are given for load mounting with bush. Track is fabricated of rolled angle.
i beam conveyors are the heaviest conveyor which can handle practically any load . In this type of conveyor the wheels are instead in the forced housings are moves through forged chain.
